Privacy policy

Studio Vella is a concept site by concierge.studio. The data controller for this site is concierge.studio (sole trader, Malta).

What we collect

Only what you give us via the contact form on this site (name, email, project notes), and anonymous analytics about which pages you visited. IPs are SHA-256 hashed with a daily-rotating salt before storage; we never persist your raw IP.

Why we collect it

To reply to your message. The contact form lands at portfolio@concierge.studio and is read by Seb at concierge.studio.

How long we keep it

Lead data: until you ask us to delete it. Analytics: 90 days, then aggregated.

Your rights (GDPR)

Email portfolio@concierge.studio to request access, correction, or deletion. We respond within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use: Cloudflare (hosting + email DNS), Resend (email delivery), Google Generative AI (the concierge agent). All process data inside the EU/EEA where available.

This concept site does not collect or process payment data. The "checkout" page is disabled.
