Mdina Townhouse.
Sale-ready editorial set for a four-storey 17th-century townhouse off Triq Villegaignon. The brief was simple: make the limestone breathe and the courtyard sing.

Scope
12 final frames · half-day on site · twilight pairing
"Lina photographed the courtyard at the right time of day twice — once at noon, once at five-thirty. We sold the house off the second set in eleven days."
The shoot
We blocked out the shot list the day before. Twelve frames: courtyard, salon (two angles), library, kitchen, principal bedroom, bath, terrace, stair, exterior, two details.
Shoot day was a Friday in late October — the limestone was already turning amber by 4 pm. I set the tripod once on the courtyard, walked away for tea, came back when the shadows lengthened.
The library was the hardest frame: the books were dust-bound first editions and the room is L-shaped. I shot it twice — once tight on the desk, once wide from the door.
Delivery was 28 frames in seven working days, plus three twilight exterior plates the client used in the brochure cover.
